Thank you for shopping with us. All orders will be processed in 3-5 business days with USPS. Weekends and Holidays are not included. Taxes will be calculated at the check out and shipping is free. Please provide your current mailing address. We are not responsible for incorrect mailing address. Any item return to us due to incorrect mailing address can be resend back and the client will be responsible for the shipping fees. We appreciate the time you take to visit our website.

As our products are fresh and handmade with love, AALI & ELI NATURALS, LLC does not accept return or exchange at this moment for safety reasons . Once an order is placed, we won’t be able to cancel or change it. We encourage our clients to double check their orders before placing them. If an item is damaged when received, please contact us via email at aalielinaturals@gmail.com. Provide your order #, the name and picture of the damage item and your full name. Customers are responsible to provide the correct mailing address. If an order send back to us due to incorrect address or we have to resend an item, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
